How much does delivery cost?

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders £45 or more.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the service selected at checkout.
Which courier do you use?
We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Tracked 24 hour delivery is available on UK orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off time of 1pm (save for Wednesdays, weekends and Bank Holidays). Otherwise, the order will be dispatched on the following working day. We cannot absolutely guarantee next day delivery because courier delays are outside our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to help investigate. Before getting in touch, please check your dispatch confirmation email, any courier tracking updates, and whether the parcel has been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international delivery in the future. Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't yet been processed, we may be able to update your details. Once an order has been dispatched, we are usually unable to make changes.Do you ship internationally?
